How long will it take for my glasses to be ready?
It all depends on the frame, Rx, and treatments. It could take 3-10 days, depending on the complexity of your order and prescription. We strive to provide the absolute best service and get your eyewear back to you as soon as possible. We will always give you a fair estimate on the turnaround time based on your unique eyewear details.
My glasses need adjusting, what should I do?
Stop by and we will tweak your glasses to perfection. Appointments for adjustments are also available, but not required. Adjustments to eyewear purchased outside of Occhiali are at client risk and may be subject to a service fee.
How can I find out about sales, promotions, or new products?
Are there better sunglasses than others?
Yes! The choice of a high quality piece will block 100% of UVA, UVB, and UVC. Higher quality sunglasses have special coatings, materials, and colors. The coatings are engineered precisely so they are able to block specific wavelengths of harmful UV radiation while also making it easier to see through them. The best choices will also have an anti glare coating on the backside of the lens, which will allow you to have a better view without reflections of your own eyes or eyelashes. Polarized lenses filter reflected light that our eyes see as glare and allow you to see more clearly. Our experienced opticians can assist you in making the best decision for you.
What are transition lenses?
Transition lenses, also known as photochromic lenses, are clear indoors and darken when they are exposed to outdoor light and UV rays. These are a convenient choice for prescription lens wearers who don’t want to swap glasses when going outside or vice versa.
What if I want non-prescription sunglasses?
Our opticians will help you find the perfect pair for your lifestyle needs!
Do you have blue light protection eyeglasses?
We can assist with prescription or nonprescription blue-light lenses.
Do you have over-the-counter reading glasses?
Yes, we stock over 100 pairs of over-the-counter reading glasses!
